We were looking for a contractor who specialized in upgrading older homes. Clay, Cook of certified siding and windows Inc. undertook the large project requiring care, flexibility, and expertise. His team was very thorough, neat, personable, and animal friendly. Clay oversaw all work done and arranged for any additional work required. The price was fair. The final result is outstanding. We highly recommend Clay for any home renovations.

I used Certified Siding and Windows for a condo update and refresh including new doors, windows, moldings, and paint. CS&W gave a very competitive price. Clay and his team were great. I had a lot of apprehension about having work done while I was remote. It proven not to be an issue. Clay was very responsive keeping me informed of progress. He was also wonderful in giving suggestions to improve the end product. On several occasions I asked for modest changes in the work scope and Clay performed them within the original cost. My wife and I are thrilled with the work done. While all of Clay's team did an outstanding job, the one I met was Freddy, his painter. Freddy was great, offering his knowledge on paint choices that were very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Clay and his team.

We interviewed 4 of the leading window companies in florida. Clay presented the best product for the best price. His crew were the best people we had work for us thru all our construction, new and remodeling. I strongly recommend using Certified Siding and Windows for your window upgrades .

Clay & Sheri were so wonderful to work with. I did an entire re-siding job with them for my whole house. It was honestly the best contracting experience I've ever had. They treat you like an old friend or family. No games. No excuses. Only the highest integrity. They went above and beyond multiple multiple times to get my house in the best shape possible. The crew was exceptionally professional, too. They were polite and clean and the quality of the craftsmanship was immaculate. I'm so relieved I found Certified Siding and Windows; I had multiple contractors out and I knew instantly Clay was the man for the job--and the fair quote solidified my decision. If you need ANY help with your siding or windows--you must give them a call. I would also gladly talk to anyone who is considering a project with Certified Siding and Windows. Simply the best!!!!!!!

We are so glad we found Certified Siding & Windows. We got impact window & door bids from several companies, and Certified stood out by far. Working with Clay was a pleasure. He made great product and design recommendations and offered high quality with good pricing. He answered all our questions and was very thorough about installation details. He is very honest and delivered everything as promised. The installation team was professional and meticulous. They worked quickly and kept everything clean. Unlike other companies, they also installed the exterior and interior trim. Clay offers full service: he lined up a painter, carpenter and floor guy. Clay even came by personally to oversee the installation of five oak floor thresholds for the new doors. We love our new windows & doors. Our home looks and feels wonderful! Thank you!

Reasonable price for hurricane impact sliders and windows compared to other companies. They did a great job and leaving no mess! I highly recommend. They are people who care! Clay even stopped by a couple times to chat and check on things.

While the project took a little longer than expected do to weather and other unforseen issues the end result is amazing. Our new windows and siding make our home look brand new. The crews from Certified were very skilled and applied great attention to detail. We are very pleased with the end result.
